Wesley Rogers

President and Chief Executive Officer

Wesley Rogers has broad experience in the healthcare industry, including executive sales and management. He began his long-term care training with the Ensign Group in 2007 and went on to serve as the administrator at The Center at Centennial in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he received the American College of Health Care Administrators Facility Leadership Award. Prior to joining Brickyard Healthcare, Wesley served as a Senior Vice President of Operations at Rockport Healthcare Services in Northern California.

Lisa Chubb

Chief Clinical Officer

Lisa Chubb has worked in skilled nursing, acute care, as well as home and community-based services for over 20 years. She considers her passion to be inspiring others to be their very best. Lisa is married and shares three grown children with her high school sweetheart. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and running.

Wanda Prince

Chief Strategy and Compliance Officer

Wanda Prince has worked with skilled nursing post-acute care affiliates for almost 30 years, leveraging her clinical and operational expertise. She has been responsible for multi-state facility management, clinical and regulatory governance and served on operational and executive committees. Wanda earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree summa cum laude from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and is also a Board Director for Brickyard Healthcare. She is married with two daughters and two grandsons.

Larry Heydon

Chief Financial Officer

Larry Heydon’s career in healthcare leadership and finances spans over 25 years, both in the hospital acute and the long-term care spaces. Additionally, he has served on the boards and been an active member of several civic organizations and efforts.

Kyle Linn

Senior Vice President

Kyle Linn has been in healthcare administration within the long-term care space for over 12 years. He has a diverse background in healthcare operations, including running many successful nursing homes and continuing care retirement communities as well as opening new facilities. He began his career with Brickyard Healthcare as a Transitional Executive Director before being promoted to a Senior Executive Director and is now an Area Vice President. Kyle and his wife share four children together.

Brad Jokovich

Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Brad Jokovich has worked in HR across myriad industries throughout the course of his 25-year career. Prior to joining Brickyard Healthcare, Brad served as a Vice President of Human Resources and supported 16 of the business units within KAR Global, where he also oversaw talent acquisition, learning and development, global compensation, and benefits. His mantra as an HR professional is that he has “no truths, just experiences” because he believes that it is through our experiences that we can make an impact.

Kelli Collins

Vice President Admissions & Intake

Kelli Collins has worked with older adults for the past 40 years. She considers educating the community to be her passion and is honored to support the Brickyard Healthcare team each day. Kelli is married with five grown children and four grandchildren. In her free time, her family enjoys traveling.

Yvonne Tanner

Vice President Government Affairs

Yvonne leads Brickyard's state government affairs objectives, also assisting in federal lobbying, risk management and clinical support. She has a deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and policies impacting the post-acute care industry including, but not limited to, state and federal regulations. She has supported our Indiana operations for many years and is past president of the Indiana Healthcare Association.

Mary Oliver

Vice President of Regulatory Compliance

Mary has served for over 25 years in the long-term care industry with a passion for improving the lives of residents with proven outcomes of providing quality care for those we serve. She has a high level focus on Risk management as well as Regulatory Compliance. She is a Certified Professional Legal Nurse Consultant as well as a Licensed Health Facility Administrator. Outside of her career she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.

Preston Meng

Vice President Risk & Regulatory Compliance

Preston brings an infectious positive energy and passion for healthcare. He has served in the long-term care space for over 10 years after spending a few years working in a level 1 trauma center. He graduated from Purdue University in 2000 with a degree in Communications and Organizational Leadership and Supervision; then received his BSN from Marian University. When he’s not serving the Brickyard community, he is enjoying time with family, camping, cooking, and even playing ice hockey!

Stacy Grondel

Vice President of Clinical Reimbursement

Stacy has more than 20 years’ experience in long-term care and is recognized for her expertise in the RAI process, Quality Measures, clinical processes, and clinical reimbursement. Many of the nurses she has trained have gone on to become experts their field. Stacy has served on the APPACN Expert Advisory Panel since August 2019 and has been instrumental in continuing innovation and quality in the long-term care industry. She has a passion for caring for the elderly and improving the quality of care.

Jennifer Neely

Area Vice President

Jennifer Neely brings passion and enthusiasm to her work in the skilled nursing space. Her leadership style is best described as hands-on, and she brings a personal touch to her work that residents and staff appreciate. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys planning weekend getaways to quaint, small towns and spending time with her family.

Breque Norris

Area Vice President

Breque has over a decade of experience in long-term care, previously holding an Executive Director position with Brickyard Healthcare before joining the executive leadership team. Passionate and driven, she leads with a hands-on approach and an open-door policy. Breque enjoys traveling to new places and experiencing different cultures with family and friends.

Lana Ballard

Area Vice President

Lana Ballard has spent most of her career in long term care in spending time in roles such as Marketing and Admissions before completing her AIT and becoming a licensed Administrator. She has been a licensed administrator for over 10 years and brings a wealth of experience including a passion for people, quality improvement and more.
