Situated less than one mile from St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, our Twelfth Street Care Center boasts a large yard with trees and picnic tables for residents to enjoy. The Twelfth Street staff live by the motto "we are one"—one team, one community, and one source of care for our residents and their families to depend on. This care center offers short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in addition to a variety of recreational activities.

She successfully completed her Administrator in Training program through Brickyard, demonstrating excellence in study and application. She leads with passion, excitement and is dedicated to the healthcare community.
