The LaPorte Care Center offers short- and long-term care ranging from physical, speech, and occupational therapy to wound care and more. A 2018 recipient of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) and National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) Bronze Quality Award, the members of the LaPorte team consider compassion and consistency to be key in their approach to care, priding themselves on meeting residents' needs and offering timely follow-up for their families.

LaPorte Care Center's Executive Director Joe Flacke has 15 years of experience in the skilled nursing industry, over seven of which have been with Brickyard Healthcare. Joe prides himself on always being available to answer any staff or resident questions or concerns. He leads with an open-door policy to ensure that everyone in the community is empowered to share their experiences or inquiries with him. In his free time, Joe enjoys the hobby of water sports.
